Arrival & Departure

Following our check-in and check-out times helps us ensure your space is perfectly prepared for your stay.

  • Check-in: We look forward to welcoming you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Departure is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • On-site Check-in Fee: A €20 fee applies if the check-in procedure is completed at the desk instead of online.

If you need to arrive or depart outside of these hours, please contact us in advance.

  • Flexible Hours (Paid Services): Early Check-in (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM) or Late Check-in (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM): €20.00.
  • Il Late Check-out (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Charged at 50% of the daily rate.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Deposit: To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required via credit card or bank transfer.
  • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your arrival or directly at the property.
  • Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person, per day (applies to guests aged 12 and over).

Safety & Village Rules

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

  • Gas or charcoal grills and stoves are permitted only in the common BBQ area or designated private spaces.
  • The use of electric stoves, grills, heaters, or portable air conditioners is strictly prohibited.
  • Electrical connections are only allowed for equipment fitted with its own circuit breaker (RCD).

Services & Amenities

  • Included with Accommodation (Apartments, Bungalows, Glamping): Price includes bed linens, towels, toilet paper, courtesy toiletries, parking, and final cleaning.
  • Included with Pitches: Price includes 24/7 hot showers and full access to common facilities.
  • Free for all Guests: Wi-Fi, e-bike charging stations, and use of the communal BBQ.
  • Paid Services: Bar, laundry facilities, and electricity (for pitches).
  • Massages, yoga sessions, and systemic constellations are reserved exclusively for our guests and can be booked directly at our on-site Info Point.
