Arrival & Departure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Following our check-in and check-out times helps us ensure your space is perfectly prepared for your stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Check-in:<\/strong> We look forward to welcoming you from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Check-out:<\/strong> Departure is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • On-site Check-in Fee:<\/strong> A \u20ac20 fee applies if the check-in procedure is completed at the desk instead of online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    If you need to arrive or depart outside of these hours, please contact us in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Flexible Hours (Paid Services):<\/strong> Early Check-in (1:00 PM \u2013 3:00 PM) or Late Check-in (8:00 PM \u2013 10:00 PM): \u20ac20.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Il Late Check-out<\/strong> (10:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM): Charged at 50% of the daily rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      • Deposit:<\/strong> To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required via credit card or bank transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Balance:<\/strong> The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your arrival or directly at the property.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tourist Tax:<\/strong> \u20ac1.50 per person, per day (applies to guests aged 12 and over).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Gas or charcoal grills and stoves are permitted only in the common BBQ area or designated private spaces. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The use of electric stoves, grills, heaters, or portable air conditioners is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Electrical connections are only allowed for equipment fitted with its own circuit breaker (RCD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          • Included with Accommodation (Apartments, Bungalows, Glamping):\nPrice includes bed linens, towels, toilet paper, courtesy toiletries, parking, and final cleaning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          • Free for all Guests:\nWi-Fi, e-bike charging stations, and use of the communal BBQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
